Installation on Windows Installing the FCF environment and framework

Install the mysql database.
Install the nodejs and npm packages
Download the archive of the latest version of fcf and unpack it in the "C:\fcf" directory
Add the path "C:\fcf" to the PATH variable of the global environment.
